We have received another love letter from "International Welfare Net Miyagi-21" after sending jewelries, relief and condolence money to victims in Sendai, Japan. The images are at RUKUS jewelry classes. (One of a jewelry for a victim in Sendai / The macrobiotic food by food stylist Tomoka after making jewelry at class.) These original jewelries were directory handed to University students who are helping victims in Sendai. These students are also victims by the earth quakes and Tsunami. After having jewelry classes, I had many positive feedbacks from my students. So, I have decided to continue supporting them through "International Welfare Net Miyagi-21". We are also planning to support victims in Sendai and other Tohoku area in Japan through having my organized “Creative Group Exhibition KIRA KIRA TOKYO” in Tokyo and Vancouver! After the major shocks by these disasters, I realized this is a wake-up call to help and support each other without discrimination. We keep praying for JAPAN! Also, praying for victims around the world. All human beings have right to be happy equally. 先日、ＮＯＰ法人国際福祉ネットみやぎ・21より、嬉しいお礼のメールをお写真付きで送って下さいました。お礼の内容は、以前、RUKUSのジュエリー講座で生徒さんたちが作ってくれたジュエリーと講座の売上金の一部を義援金として寄付させて頂いたことに対するお礼のメールでした。
左側のお写真は、RUKUSのジュエリー講座で、仙台の被災地へ義援金と一緒に送らせて頂こうと、考えて作った日本の古銭とアンティークの菩提樹の実を使用したネックレスです。RUKUSのジュエリーポーチと一人一人のメッセージを添えて届けさせて頂いたジュエリーで、少しでも被災地の方や現地でボランティアスタッフとして働いている方の心が和らげばと思います。今後もRUKUSでは、ルワンダの牛の角細工工房「ウムリモ・ムブジマ」への寄付と並行して、東北の被災地へもジュエリー講座やRUKUSの作品、気功、クリスタルヒーリングを通じて、サポートを続けて参ります。
次回、７月中旬から下旬にかけて東京で開催予定のRUKUSのジュエリー講座では、売上の一部を被災地へ寄付する活動や、講座参加者への気功、クリスタルヒーリングを開催致します。
